MwendoFit Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MwendoFit! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MwendoFit mobile app (“App”) and our online store (“Store”), where we offer smart fitness watches, bands, and related products. By using our App or making a purchase through our Store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

3. Use of the App
The MwendoFit App is designed for personal, non-commercial use to help track fitness and wellness. Unauthorized use of the App, including resale or redistribution, is prohibited. MwendoFit reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App’s services without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order in our Store, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. All prices are listed in the currency applicable to your location, and payment must be made in full before your order is processed. MwendoFit reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method. MwendoFit is not responsible for delays due to customs, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the returned item.
7. Warranty
Our fitness watches and bands come with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App or Store without explicit permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App and Store, you consent to our handling of personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
MwendoFit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our App, products, or services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the products or services in question.
